Hi my name is Willow and this is my story.

11/10/09

I am 2 years and 6 months old (I Know its not lady like to give away your age but the pictures to follow are hardly lady like).I am a slender size 8 as I am very careful with my food intake. I am a working Cocker Spaniel and I have just had 6 gorgeous puppies. 3 boys and 3 girls. The things I love most are people, I just get so excited when we have visitors (unlike other people in my household I can control my bladder even when I was a young lass). I take my mistress on walks and I often let her off her lead. Other dogs I love and most seem to like me. I keep my people family on there toes as I try to edge my way up on to there laps some are a push over especially my grandparents.

I was intoduced to the most amazing dog, his name is Kipling, he is 3 years old, he is a working crossed with a show Cocker spaniel. He was such a charmer and good looker as you can tell. He took an interest in me straight away I have never had such attention, a little forwards really. I played a little hard to get, but in the end I could not help myself but to fall for his boisterous ways.

Today is the most wonderful day of my life. I have given birth to 6 puppies that just give me constant attention. It all started at 8.45am with my first puppies arrival, then they came at 20 minute intervals. I feel good and am sort of relieved to not have my babies kicking me constantly. Although I have been advised that the next 8 weeks will have its stressful moments.

Ok thats enough for today I'm zonked but you can come back and keep posted on each individual puppy as they grow up.

Its been a week and it is really hard work. But I still have six very strong growing pups. I can't get enough food and my pups are constantly hungry. I clean them on the hour, feed them every quarter of an hour, no one told me what hard work it would be having children. Well actually they did but i did not believe them.

Here are some sleepy pics.

My pups are now started on meat, what a relief their paws are more like claws and I am a little fed up with breast feeding. I am going to stick it out, breast is best. I have some real charaters emerging B=Boy G=Girl. I have given them names but I will refer to them as BB BM BZ GP GD GDT.

BZ looking rather defiant as I had just told him off for fighting.

GP How cute is she.

Definately getting wild.

BM doing a spot of wee cleaning.

GD showing its not only the boys that can do a spot of cleaning.

GP playing with the wrapper rather than the toy.

GDT and BB having a bit of a tussel.

GD not camera shy at all, wants to be a model when she is grown up. Takes after me I have won a few rossetes at dog shows for my modelling.

BM getting sleepy and BB wondering where everyone has gone.

BZ has found a warm place for a snooze.

GDT doesn't know whether to play or sleep.

BB fed up with looking for everyone.

My pups are growing up and starting to find new homes. I'm so happy that all the people who have come so far have been such dog loving people. This is GDT's new pal. Who promises to walk GDT at least once a day.

29/11/09

We have found homes for all my pups now and here is few of there last pics.

BB -"I am sorry they never told you what a clown I really am".

Good tricks hey. You wait till I come home with you next week I am going to practise some new tricks for you all week.

This is my friend Bella.

Have you got my bed ready yet

Sweet dreams can't wait until next weekend. BB XXXX

BM- "I am a bit nervous because I have not met my new parents yet. I've been told that I'm going to an island with lots of sand and water to play in and that my parents sound really caring and fun".

"On the up side I am really excited about meeting my new parents and promise to behave unlike that unruley BB".

"I am very sophisticated you know, I've just finished reading my first photo album".

"Anyway must dash food is ready. Looking forwards to meet you. BM XX".

GDT- " Still getting a sneaky suckle. Looking forwards to my walkies with my new cool pal this weekend".

GD- "I've got to wait 3 more weeks, it will seem like an eternity but am really looking forwards to the christmas break when i hope to get lots of attention, my new parents are fantastic. Don't forget i still want a career in modelling. PS you can pick me up earlier if you want".

BZ- "Sorry but I am tired right out we have had the paparatsee all night click click.

They all think there going to the best homes, but mine beats them all hands down. I've heard that Honiton is thee best place on earth with thee most fantastic people, can't wait for the weekend".

"Can you get that camera out of my face".

"Night night".

10/12/09

Well what a relief all you pups have gone.

I have had an email from BB now Charlie with a picture of his first nights sleep. Well apparantly this was early hours as he kept his new owners up late. He always was a bit of night owl.

Today I had a visitor GP now called Poppy. It was really good to see her and how big she has grown in not even a week. Poppy has really settled in well in her new home and has a play mate who is a black alsation. Apparantly I was a bad influence on Poppy because she has been very quiet. That changed when she saw me we had a great time as you can see by the pics.
